Meditation and journalling is a great tool to learn for calming the mind and body as well as learning to better understand yourself and how to manage your thoughts. The meditations and journalling sessions provide you with an opportunity to take your healing to a deeper level, doing the inner work will allow you to build a stronger connection with yourself and make changes that are more relevant to you in your life. These recordings are contributed by Brianna Law who is a trained Yoga and Meditation teacher with a passion for helping others understand the mind-body connection.
