You have spent the past 10 weeks learning what it means to ‘tune into your body’ and understand your own body signs. With that knowledge along with everything you have learned you can now dive deeper into learning about what your own menstrual cycle looks and feels like. Even if you don’t have a regular cycle this still matters because one day you will and your current cycles still matter and influence how you think, act and feel each day. Being aware of this is going to help you be kinder to yourself.
