This is fabulous for learning about foods that work and how to change small things in your diet for great results! Also the workouts have been a life saver in ISO


I am currently on week 3 of the workout ebook and I love it. I used to push myself super hard and not get results, or just not know what I was doing in terms of workouts and not be productive. The way the workouts are designed are fun, effective and definitely worth it. I am already noticing energy shifts and mood changes. The Bible is also a wealth of information in terms of what is going on with your body. Kayla breaks everything down step by step with guidance and love along the way.
